Margot joined HERAN in April 2025, following an internship at the firm where she combined her scientific expertise with hands-on experience at the intersection of life sciences and venture capital.
As part of the investment team, she focuses on screening and assessment of deal flow, due diligence, including market analysis and technological deep dives.
Margot holds an MSc in Bioscience Engineering with a major in Cellular and Genetic Engineering from KU Leuven, followed by an MSc in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Lund University in Sweden. During her time at Lund, she worked on her own startup Stride, further deepening her understanding of venture capital’s role in innovation.
