Joris advises HERAN on financial aspects and fund operations. In addition, he is CEO of Opdorp Finance, the family office of Annie Vereecken. Before, he held positions as CFO of Laboratoria Wolfs, Finance Director at Euphony, and as auditor at EY.
Through these different roles, he gained important experience in healthcare, M&A deals, and fundraising. Joris holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp.
